By accessing and using AfriRoute services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this service.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use AfriRoute services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
- To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits use of the services
- To transmit any malicious code or harmful content
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your use of the services. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.95% uptime for our services. Details of our SLA commitments are available in our SLA documentation. Service credits may apply for downtime exceeding SLA thresholds.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
